In 2020, Max sat on his veranda in Tuscany (*unfinished roof in Chinatown, NYC) longing for a way to cook for all his little pals around this incredible nation! It struck him like lightning to Benjamin Franklin:

CHAPTER TWO

One cold winter morning, Max opened his front door and took a deep breath. It had rained the night before… yeah… and it was dewey as hell. A crow flew across the sky, “CAKAWWW CAKAWWW” and dropped a jar of caesar salad dressing in his palms. Max took one taste and said “I’m stealing this crow’s recipe this is amazing!”

Max (me) is a beautiful man (unbiased opinion). After years of working for Union Square Hospitality Group in NYC, Max ventured to sunny and apocalyptic Los Angeles. In addition to running Max’s Yummy Condiments, he is a food and beverage stylist.
