The hot sauce lasts a long time, but is best consumed within a year of purchase. The caesar dressing lasts three months in the fridge. Every condiment has a best by date listed.

Here's some of my suppliers:
Sunrise Organic Farms: In prime pepper season, I am lucky enough to source peppers from an amazing local farm.
Guidi Marcello: Legendary Italian importer in Santa Monica, pay them a visit and tell them I sent you. I get some of my ingredients for the caesar dressing here.
Milliken Family Farms: The heart and soul of every Max's Yummy Condiment is local heirloom garlic. It's a true labor of love to peel all this garlic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I ship orders once every two weeks. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to keep an eye on your order. All orders are shipped via USPS, usually with Priority Mail. Caesar Dressing is packaged with an icepack, so be sure to open and refrigerate your dressing as soon as it arrives.
